Overview

ProFit - Your pro outfit. ProFit was my graduation project. It is a clothes recommendation system. There are two main functions. First, users can upload images of their clothes to create an online closet, and the system will recommend clothes in the closet based on what the user says. Second, users could upload images of the clothes and the system will find similar clothes in their closets or on the online stores.

Problem

Deciding outfit is an important part of daily life. However, it might be a hard time for some people to decide what to wear.
When we buy clothes, we often forget what clothes are in our closet, which makes us difficult to buy the clothes that match our old ones.
Sometimes we see a nice shirt but we don't know where to buy it.

Design

‍Virtual Closet‍

Users can create virtual closet by taking the picture of their clothes. ProFit will automatically classify the clothes into different categories

Similar Clothes Search

Users can upload the photos of the clothes that they saw. ProFit will find similar item on online stores.

Clothes recommendation

ProFit will recommend clothes to the user based on user's speech context. The recommended clothes can be from online store or the user's virtual closet.
